new FINGSCAN user question: folders

i observe FINGSCAN creates new devices by default in a single folder. in my case, this is called "IpDevices".

can i move devices into other folders - for example if i have a set of devices that represent core network functionality (routers, switches, access points) can i create a new devices folder and move these devices into it? will FINGSCAN recognize this and handle it, or will it attempt to re-create devices that it thinks are missing from its default target folder?

i realize i could just try it and see what happens, but i don't want to start messing things up right out of the gate with duplicate devices or whatever, so i thought i'd ask.

thanks.

Re: new FINGSCAN user question: folders

Only at time of creation the folder is used. Afterwards not anymore. So wherever to put them does not matter.
