eu weather api

does anyone have a working weather plugin for the EU. Rumor has it that the US services are not doing a good job in Europe.

If not, I am considering: https://www.weatherapi.com

Their api is free for 1million calls per months and some other limitations, in general it looks sufficient. But the api has to be renewed every 6 weeks or so .
A company license for 10 million calls would be $65/ months
