Plex Media Manager Error

This past week I stripped out everything in my system and started clean. I get bored so .....

On a clean install of Sierra and just Indigo the first plugin I wanted to setup was Plex. Setting up the Server

IP 192.168.XXX.XXX
Non Secure or Secure : http or https tried both
Use Authentication User and Pass on Plex.tv and I even set a new one and tried that

But I am getting this error

Re: Plex Media Manager Error

It's not clear from those logs, but you might be running into the SSL error caused by websites requiring more up to date security protocols. The only way to fix that is to upgrade to High Sierra or later.

Re: Plex Media Manager Error

I would tend to agree with Joe -- that error is coming from the underlying connection -- the Plex authentication server is basically rejecting the connection. If I can get a chance tonight I'll see if I see anything additional that might be going on that would cause it. I have a test system that is on El Capitan, so close to yours.

Re: Plex Media Manager Error

I can do a boost to High Sierra and should be fine I was just hoping to keep it where it was since this OS never gave me any issue ill push the update and see what happens
