Launching iTunes on a remote Mac

I'm having a tough time finding a way to launch iTunes on the remote Mac that it lives on. Will this plugin allow an application to launch on a remote Mac? If so, how do I configure that? If not, how about a thread pointing me in the correct direction? I've tried an applescript, but getting an error.
