Message window on startup

Hi all,
I have Indigo installed and running, but I've noticed that when I restart the program I get a pop up message titled "Server Connection Status ------ Establishing connection with Indigo Server......
It gives me two buttons, "Start Local Server..." and "Connect to Remote Server....."

The only way to get rid of it is to click on "Start Local Server...." and in the pop up, select Stop Server and then Restart Server.

Why am I getting this pop up, when the server seems to be running?

Take a look and see if Indigo is listed under the Login Items found at System Preferences --> Users & Groups --> Login Items.

Indigo Server starts on its own and if its listed under Login Items, it tries to start another instance.
