Not sure why you wouldn't have that setting -- but that doesn't mean I can't trap the error (which I have done for the next release). Please try opening up the device settings for your 10-day forecast device and select save. Hopefully, that will clear the error.

Thanks Korey. That is so weird. I'm sure that it's something that I can trap going forward.
Did opening and saving the device configuration for the 10-day forecast device clear the error for you?

I have just pushed a fix for the error where plugin reports 'key windUnits not found in dict'.
Users that do not see this error with v1.1.9 do not need to apply this update.
