Is it possible for you to try it and see if it did?

It would help to understand if it is a Python 2 > Python 3 conversion issue or something new.

Seems to be roughly the same with the P2 version - certainly the Group Coordinator field is left empty where a player is not the Group Coordinator, and the ZoneGroupID field also seems to be populated a bit at random.

I am afraid not at the moment but I will try and look at it in due course (no estimate of when yet). I don't use Sonos myself (other than to test the plugin), which also puts the priority slightly lower.

I am having to focus on converting some of my plugins to Python 3; which I need to do for the next Indigo release.
