How do you use the Aqara FP2 with Indigo?

In the Aqara app you can setup regions and also have an Occupancy On/Off

These can then be sync'ed to Apple Home

Update Apple Home with regions

Then in Home you get the 3 regions and Occupancy for on/off triggers

Then setup the shortcuts to trigger

this really sounds interresting - and apart from the last step/screenshot looks "easy" - could you elaborate about the thirs step and how to get that going a little bit, or point me to where i can read up on that?
