I am thinking to get one, Aqara FP1 or Tuya? Did you buy them on Aliexpress?
I am slightly biased in that I have not used a M100 but I have the Aqara FP1 (7 of them) and 1Tuya PS-HPS Human Presence Sensor.
TheTuya PS-HPS Human Presence Sensor is oversized, ugly and made of cheap black plastic and will flood your zigbee mesh with constant updates, several per second, every second and it never stops!
It would sometimes fail to see I me, I had my back to it, 1 metre distance with an Aqara FP1 right next to it which did not fail once.
It seems the M100 is a reasonable alternative but not having used one I can't pass judgement.
I stacked an Aqara FP1, an Aqara Original motion sensor and the newer Aqara P1 Motion sensor on top of each other and got the following timings.
2023-02-27 15:18:25.210 Zigbee2mqtt Bridge received "Z Bathroom Basin P1 Motion" motion sensor 'on' event
2023-02-27 15:18:25.280 Zigbee2mqtt Bridge received "Z Dining Room Motion" motion sensor 'on' event
2023-02-27 15:18:25.595 Zigbee2mqtt Bridge received "Z Dining Room FP1" radar sensor 'on', presence 'False', presence event 'enter'
2023-02-27 15:18:26.242 Zigbee2mqtt Bridge received "Z Dining Room FP1" radar sensor 'on', presence 'False', presence event 'approach'
2023-02-27 15:18:32.125 Zigbee2mqtt Bridge received "Z Dining Room FP1" radar sensor 'on', presence 'True', presence event 'approach'
As you can see the P1 PIR was fastest, then the original PIR sensor and then the FP1 but only .388ms slower than the P1.
I will not be buying any further PIR sensors, I will wait for the Aqara FP2 before I decide further but for you a M100 or the FP1 will always be useful, just don't buy the Tuya PS-HPS Human Presence Sensor.
