Swimming Pool Pump control

Well the time is nigh; I am finally moving my pool pumps, filters, and heater to the new pump house. I need to get serious about controlling the following:

2 - Pentair variable speed pumps
10 - Three-way valves
1 - fixed speed cleaner pump
1 - 400,000 BTU natural gas heater.

All was once controlled by the Pentair i9+3 control panel and a wireless remote. These failed and I have not been able to get them going after the panel was moved for construction and had water intrusion. I have explored several options for controlling the on/off devices, seems pretty simple. It's the variable devices that are difficult. I need to be able to not only control them but see their current status.

I am open to purchasing whatever is needed to get the indigo control I want. I am not looking for options that are not controllable through the indigo interface with the necessary plugins.

I currently have an Autelis box I bought back in my Vera days for when this time came.

This seemed like the perfect section for such and one that can inform others as I build out my system.

Please let the suggestions begin.
