Wiring help again! (1 light, 2 switches)

Wired in a new fibaro dimmer tonight.
I can get the single switch working that the fibaro is fitted to, but the other switch does nothing.
Advice? (see attachment for photo of wiring)

[MODERATOR NOTE] moved to a more appropriate forum since electrical wiring is outside the normal product support.

I can't quite tell from the photo, but does the fibaro connect to anything other than the Middle switch?

Computer says no.

I am surprised that nobody has yet suggested that you get in a qualified electrician if you are not sure what the wiring does, but let me be the first :D

As durosity says a wiring diagram would be useful and I suspect would help you work out what is going on.

The image, although high quality is not helpful in determining what is on the other end of the wires and so that is what makes it difficult to offer advice :)

Now where's the fun in that?

Also here's a good guide from Vesternet: http://www.vesternet.com/resources/appl ... tes/apnt-2 . Some of mine are wired as per the second diagram (as in the first one with the dimmer) but there are other options.

Computer says no.

I can't really comment without knowing the specific dimmer you are using, and what younare trying to accomplish.

Re: Wiring help again! (1 light, 2 switches)

The yellow wire connected to S2 comes from another switch, right? Are you trying to control the light connected to the dimmer from two different switches? It would be good to se the whole wiring diagram, as we can't see where the yellow wire in S2 comes from.

Are your switches latching or momentary? S2 on the dimmer is often used as a scene controller, not for a second switch to control the light connected to the dimmer. If you have two switches to one dimmer, they should both control S1.

Have a look at the circuit diagram from this site:

http://www.robbshop.nl/over-z-wave/z-wa ... schakeling.

Sorry it is in Dutch but maybe it can help you . Good luck!
