Any in-wall keypads that do NOT require a neutral?

I have an Insteon system, and I have a couple of places where I really want to put an 8 button controller, but these spots have no neutral wire. I'm wondering if there are any controllers people know of from other systems that do NOT require a neutral, or if running a neutral to these places is my best bet.

Or, are there other workarounds people know of?

Thanks!

What is at that location? I mean, the only time I'm used to seeing a box without a neutral is when it's a switch leg only for a light. So you currently have a switch and you want to put in a controller? I don't think Insteon has a controller/switch/dimmer combo unit (unlike Lutron), so where are you planning on putting the switch/dimmer for that load?

If you can move the switch/dimmer to the load's location (screw in dimmer or something else), then you can probably repurpose the two wires that you do have to hot/neutral, with some rewiring at the load location.
