Add-history for Plugin List?

@admins

Hi!

I would love a history for new/added plugins to the Plugin List.
I see the count increase from time to time but I have to go through all the categories and try to remember which one was there before and which one is a new plug-in. Not that easy for an old man (39).

Best regards, L

+1 this would be handy, even if it was as simple as color coding the categories that have new plugins, or a featured page the keeps the latest/newest plugins for a determined amount of time.

Great idea. Let us think about this some and we'll see if we can come up with something.

A moment of clarity in the haze:
Maybe just list the added plugins as a post in the announcement tread when you increase the plug-in count in the subject of that thread? That would trigger a subscription notification to us that have subscribed to that thread as well.

Re: Add-history for Plugin List?

We try to post new plugins to our social media accounts, though granted sometimes we miss them - I'll make a commitment to making sure that we push out new plugin announcements via social media whenever we update the lists. We also publish new and significantly updated in our newsletter. I don't really want to spend a lot more time trying to find other places to announce them. The ultimate answer, of course, is a plugin store, but that just keeps slipping out in favor of higher priority items. Someday... ;)

Ahh,did not know about your "new plugin posts" at FB.
Have followed Indigo on FB for a long time but I never use FB so that does not help :) Now I have put Indigo on prio in FB so I get all your posts first in the list when I sporadically open up the app.
Great!

Re: Add-history for Plugin List?

I just posted several things to our social media accounts with the hashtag #newindigoplugins (though some aren't actually plugins). I'm playing catch up a bit, but this is a good start.
