Hi Turribeach.

I upgraded to Q at Christmas and looked at exactly the same docs you linked to above.

My Sky+ plugin used the same process as the one documented so would be a good place to start from.

I’m unlikely to commit time to it so if you want to go ahead, feel free.

This would be handy if it worked with the old Sky HD box. I've currently made a bodged plugin to translate the RS232 info into indigo but something keeps causing odd characters to show up and other weird behaviour. I'd rather not upgrade to Sky Q as i have no need for the extra features and i'm paying sky just £5 a month for the old system with all the normal channels. Which is nice.

Hi Peter, got Q installed today. Happy to give it a go, where would I find your Sky+ plugin? I looked around but couldn't find it. I played around with the NodeJS implementation and my Q that worked well. To be honest I will happy to move to network control since IR has always been a bit hit and miss.

Ill zip up the folder with my notes in tomorrow.
