Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

Forum rules

Questions about hardware that can be controlled by Indigo (but not through the interfaces and plugins listed). If Indigo doesn't support some bit of hardware you're interested in, and you don't find a 3rd Party Plugin for it, add it to this forum. Be sure to include links to as much information as you can find about it.

Note: adding it here does not mean we're going to add it - in fact it's possible one of our 3rd party developers may decide to write a plugin for it. We add hardware/features based on a lot of different factors beyond just having a request for it.

Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

Can this plug get supported? It's an outdoor plug that can control 2 separate outlets. Right now, when you turn on one outlet you turn on the other. Thanks.

Re: Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

We've added support for the Zooz Double Outlet Relay (ZEN14) in Indigo 2022.2.0, which is now available.

Re: Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

I'm using the ZEN14 double outlet and it's showing up twice in the device list. (attached) Syncing does not resolve the issue and keeps the devices disabled.

Any thoughts on how to resolve? Thanks!

Re: Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

Just delete the set of 3 devices you aren't using. You'll get a warning message if they are being used in any actions, etc., in which case you need to modify those actions to point to the "other" devices.

Re: Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

If I delete the three options I am not using, it says it will also delete the dependent objects (the other three). It does not matter which set I select to delete, it says the others will also be deleted.

Re: Zooz ZEN14 Double Outlet Plug

It's likely that you have used each device in different things. You'll want to confirm that for each dependency on the old devices, you edit those dependencies to use the new device.

Note that this could have been avoided by just resyncing the prior device rather than adding a new device. Just a note for future reference.
