In order to track the restart of the server due to possible driver issues, I have a trigger firing at start, and this is what I see.
I doubt the server restarts so quickly and so frequently, maybe the problem is the trigger?

Quite possibly, but since you don't show your trigger definition it's hard to say what could be wrong.
