Errors in my event log

I see the following in my event log:

What are these? Who is generating them and how do I fix it? Not a clue where to begin trouble shooting this, so help for your thoughts and ideas.

Those are unrecognized packets of bytes coming from the PowerLinc. Is your PowerLinc working? Try unplugging it from your Mac and plugging it back in. Do there errors continue?
