Communication disabled for thermostat

I have a new Insteon thermostat 2441TH. After some time (not sure how long), triggers involving this unit stop working and I see in the device window that communication enabled box is unchecked. This happened with an older Insteon thermostat model that I had just before replacing with the current model a few months ago. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot this?

And I noticed recently that Smarthome has many products that are not in inventory. Are they on the way to going out of business?

I don't believe Indigo ever automatically disables communication on Insteon devices. You need to check your actions for any Disable Device actions that might be disabling it for some reason.

Are they all Insteon products? Or other stuff. Insteon products are a problem now.
