Indigo "Turn on to 0"%" in response to "Turn On" Action CMD

Not sure what is going on here but it's very duplicable...

I have a script "Turn on Other Basement Lights" that gets executed in response to pressing a keypad switch button.
"Turn on Other Basement Lights" turns on, individually, multiple basement lights (switchlink dimmers) via a series of "Turn On (Light Appliance Controls)" commands directed at various basement switches (6 of them), The fifth command is "Turn On Basement Playroom".

When I execute the script in series, the first time Indigo properly sends out "Basement Playroom" on to 100". But when I do it again within 20 seconds or so, Indigo sends "Basement Playroom" on to 0. If I do run the script a third time, Indigo goes back to 100%, then to 0%, etc.

I have no idea why this command is effectively a toggle. And ideas or suggestions?

Bizarre. Can you post the script? Also curious what would happen if you changed it from turning on the devices to setting the brightness to 100%. I suspect that would work, but I'd still like to get to the bottom of what is occurring.

Thanks for the suggestion Matt. I had tried that right after I posted and sure enough, "brighten to 100%" did the trick. But I have no idea why it was toggling before - started in the last few months - used to work for over a decade.

It could be that the dimmer is starting to fail.

The interesting idea is that sending an ON to an insteon dimmer that's already ON will cause it to brighten to 100%, and another will dim it back to it's previous level. I wonder if it thought that it's brightness level was 0 so turning it on turned it on to 0... A factory reset on the switch then a resync in Indigo might fix it if it's internal state is just messed up somehow.

Anyway, glad it's working.

On further investigation - just a turn on command toggles between on and off. Even if I set to 90% first. If the dimmer starts at 90 and I execute two turn on commands, first brings to 100%, second brings to 0%.

Must be the dimmer failing I guess.

That's definitely what it sounds like. You can try a factory reset on it to see if that fixes it.
