Indigo on ARM (Apple Silicon)

So now that the Apple M1 Macs have started to arrive and the benchmarks are out it seems pretty clear to me that my next Mac will have an Apple Silicon chip. I am not too worried about Indigo at the moment since I am using my 2018 MacMini as my main computer and I am not 100% happy with it. I should have gone for more storage and 10Gbit network and when put under pressure the fan makes too much noise. So what I will probably do is to buy a new Apple Silicon Mac next year when the "Pro" machines come out and leave my current Mini for Indigo.

Still it will be good to know what you Jay and Matt think about the future of their software. It's clear to me now that Intel Macs have their days counted and despite the fact that there will be future MacOS releases supporting them the majority of people will be buying Apple Silicon Macs. Do you guys have a view on how complex to recompile against ARM will be? Will Indigo run under Rosetta2 emulation?

Re: Indigo on ARM (Apple Silicon)

One user reports the current version works fine using Rosetta2:

Nice! No reason to have much concern.
