Starting over completely from scratch

I just recently moved to a new house, leaving all of my devices behind, except for my PLM. I want to clear out the links in the PLM for my own sanity to make link management simpler. I have the old database and have no qualms about starting a new one. How can clear all of the PLM's links using Indigo or anything else?

Do a factory reset on it - that will clear all link data.
