Ghost device getting on/off commands

I'm having a really strange issue. Here is a snippet from the log:

Funny thing is I don't even have a device with that address! It was showing up as the "Entry Lamp", but that device has a different address. I've tried re-syncing that device and even re-syncing all devices, but no luck. What can I do now?

And just to further confuse things I found that I DO have a device with that address! However it had assumed the same address as another device. I re-did Define and Sync and continued to get the same on/off string in the Log. After re-syncing the device it seems to have stopped for now...
