Indigo preventing reboot

Indigo preventing reboot

I have my Mac scheduled to reboot weekly on Sunday mornings. But Indigo keeps preventing the reboot. Are there any obvious things I should be checking?

How do you know it's Indigo preventing the reboot? It shouldn't...

Ah, that's the client (not the server). There is a sporadic bug that causes a memory issue that can cause the client to sometimes hang up (we're still trying to figure it out, though the newest OS release may actually solve the issue). The workaround is to not leave the client running when you're not actively using it.

Hmm.....I didn't think I did have client running.....but perhaps I did. WIll double check and test. Thanks....I knew y'all would help!

If it was the server the the message would have said IndigoServer (the name of the server app) rather than Indigo 7 (the name of the client app).

Got it, thanks. I did have the client running. So the next scheduled reboot should now go without a hitch. Thanks for the guidance.
