And are you specifying that port number to indigohost (with -p argument) when calling it?
Ouch, I didn't knew that I had to specify the -p argument. Finally, it works! :D

The menu item to open the scripting shell should automatically use your port override (but perhaps there is a bug there).
However, I can confirm there's a bug if you override the port and use the menu item to pen the scripting shell, it doesn't use my port override.

I created 2 shorcuts (Arm & Disarm) in the dashboard using Shortcuts (run script over ssh) but I have to admit I'm disappointed because it opens the Shortcuts app and doesn't work in the background invisibly.
My wish was to have something faster than opening Indigo Touch (switch from Control page to Action groups then click Arm or Disarm) with buttons in the dashboard.

If you changed the default port in the Start Local Server dialog using the Override Web Server port number option, then you must specify that port number using the -p option:
