Hi
Is thEre a way to detect (and possibly get ip) when a remote touch client connects, then run a trigger/action (potentially based on ip address)?
Whilst I'm happy for my brother to keep tabs on me when the bars close, I would like an alert to know when he is going to switch the tv off 5 minutes before the end of a film!
Cheers in advance
Mat

Hi Mat,
Indigo currently doesn't support any type of Trigger Actions when the Indigo Touch client connects, but I'll get it added to the feature request list.

Can one kludge a solution via parsing the log file?
(Is the log file available to be read via AS? aka:not locked)

You could probably do that - the log files are definitely readable. You could also monitor the SQL database if you have SQL logging turned on I think.

I'm wondering if anything has ever come of this? I would really like to know when a client is connected.
