iOS 14.2 Crashes

FYI -- Installing iOS 14.2 can cause instant crashes on loading IT (the app won't load). Rebooting the phone didn't seem to fix it; however, deleting and reinstalling the app appears to fix the issue.

iPad Pro - may require reinstall
iPad (5th gen) - no issue
iPhone 11 Pro - no issue
iPhone XS Max - may require reinstall
iPhone XS - may require reinstall
iPhone XR - required reinstall
iPhone X - no issue
iPhone SE 2020 - no issue
iPhone SE (1st gen) - no issue

updated to include latest reports and soften the original report.

Interesting. iPhone 11 Pro and iPad Pro both updated without issue.

Re: iOS 14.2 Crashes

I experienced this on my iPad Pro. Reinstalling the Indigo app fixed.

Re: iOS 14.2 Crashes

Working mostly fine for me on iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone XR, iPad Pro 1st gen... although for some reason searching on the phone for indigo has become odd, it doesn’t display the name
Most of the time and won’t show up if I search for anything but the full name! Also.. it’s looking quite dated :/

Same experience. I would have never noticed, but I'm seeing the exact same thing.

My iPhone 11 Pro Max and "house" iPad mini did not have the problem my iPad Pro did with requiring the re-install.

I've confirmed that it doesn't display the name, but I'm not having the same issue with having to type the full "indigo touch" - "ind" is enough for it to show up.

Since we haven't made any changes, these are no doubt iOS bugs with backwards compatibility with apps compiled with previous versions of the SDK. Apple does love to ignore older OS releases and SDKs. We'll add these to the list of things to look at after the next Indigo release.

Re: iOS 14.2 Crashes

I can confirm that the app crashes on IOS 14.2, with Xs Max. Deleting and reinstalling fixed it.

Updated to iOS 14.2 on both my iPad and iPhone today. Indigo app crashes on launch. Will try deleting it and reinstalling.
