Confirmed! Indigo Touch (v2.0) will NOT run at all on iOS 11

Just loaded iOS 11 and can confirm, as suspected, Indigo Touch 2.0 will not run at all.

So now the "countdown" begins to see if Indigo Touch gets updated before the official release of iOS 11 (rumored for Sept/Oct 2017).

[MODERATOR NOTE] added version number clarification, and locked thread (see update link on last post).

Relax...

And, for clarity, Indigo Touch v2.0 won't run on iOS 11.

And always follow our advice about upgrading to beta OS releases...

Re: Confirmed! Indigo Touch (v2.0) will NOT run at all on iO

While I appreciate the advice for updating to beta versions of iOS, I find it unfortunate that of the dozens of apps that I use on my devices Indigo Touch is the only one that is still a 32 bit app. I don't know how "This year is particularly bad for iOS" as there as been more than ample notice that this change was forthcoming. 64 bit apps were allowed nearly four years ago, and notice that 32 bit apps would be depreciated started at least two years back. While I don't agree with many of the things that Apple does under the leadership of Tim Cook (e.g. a $350 speaker), I don't know that the move to 64-bit apps is one of them.

We don’t disagree with Apple moving to 64 bit, and as we have stated all along Indigo Touch will be 64 bit compatible before Apple has its official iOS release that no longer supports 32 bit apps.
