[ANSWERED]: Lost credentials on Touch

I am away from home. For some reason my indigo Touch iOS client lost its credentials. When I try to connect it ask for User and Password. I know the passwork and can connect through web, but what is the format I should use?

Regards

Christian

Congrats on version 7!

Re: Lost credentials on Touch

Both the username and password entered into Indigo Touch should be identical to what works for you in a browser. If that doesn't work, then maybe Indigo Touch is connecting to a different Mac you have? This sometimes happens when users have more than one Mac and are using reflectors. If you don't uninstall Indigo from the older Mac the reflector can get into a state where it is connecting to the wrong Mac.

Re: [ANSWERED]: Lost credentials on Touch

Actually I just noticed this myself Matt.

I think Touch has been working through beta, but since 7 went public my credentials don't work. :-)

I've not got to my Mac to reset them yet.
