[ANSWERED]: Server shows unsupported URL message

There's probably an obvious answer to this but in Indigo Touch, my server shows up with a red exclamation point and I get the following error when I select it:
Unsupported URL
Connection to Indigo Server failed: (null)

Indigo Touch 2.0
Indigo 6.1.0

Re: Server shows unsupported URL message

Did you manually enter the server IP address, or was this one that Indigo discovered (via Bonjour) while in your house?

If the latter, then while at your house try deleting it (swipe over it), exit out of the settings panel, then go back into the settings panel. It will hopefully reappear and work.

It was the latter but same problem reoccurred after deleting it.

Re: [ANSWERED]: Server shows unsupported URL message

Stop and restart the Indigo Server (on your Mac). Does that help? If not, try a complete Mac reboot.

Re: [ANSWERED]: Server shows unsupported URL message

Sounds like Bonjour is not working on your Mac or your network.

Do you have Stealth Mode enabled on your Mac OS X firewall (System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Firewall Options..->Enable stealth mode checkbox)? It can interfere with Bonjour. Likewise, some router settings can break Bonjour.

If you know your Mac's IP address, then you can enter that into Indigo Touch. Include the port number (8176), so for example:

196.168.1.123:8176

Lastly, after trying to connect open the Event Log window in Indigo and copy/paste its contents into a reply for us.
