[ANSWERED]Unable to Authenticate

I have a new iPhone 6. When I try to use the Indigo Touch App I am unable to authenticate.

When I place the cursor in the username field the keyboard disappears.

When I go to password the keyboard returns.

Troubleshooting thus far:
I have tried force quitting and re-installing the app from the App Store

I have the Swift keyboard installed. I uninstalled i, but the problem persists.

Any advice?
