New to remote control of devices

I have tried to find the answer to my question but the documentation referred me here, so if this isn't the right place, I apologize. I want to be able to control my devices when I am away from home. I've tried to use Indigo Touch, but can't get it to work. Should I be using something else? If not, how do I get Touch to work with my devices.

I've just upgraded to version 6.0.11 and I've activated my Prism reflector at https://(Name).goprism.com.

The "Enable anywhere secure access" box is checked. How do I actually access and control my devices?

Re: New to remote control of devices

After you enabled your reflector, did you connect with Indigo Touch on your local network? Indigo Touch automatically gets the prism information from the Indigo Server but if it was configured after the Indigo Touch connection was made it may not have gotten the information. Also, in Indigo Touch, you can force that to get updated by deleting the connection then recreating it (while your iOS device is on the same local network as the server).
