Unable to log in with iPhone 15 running iOS 17.5.1

Post by maczville »

I have a new iPhone 15 (iOS 17.5.1) with latest Indigo Touch and tried to access our Indigo 2023.2 server running on an iMac with MacOS 10.15.6 with an Indigo Reflector (has been successfully running for quite some time). The Indigo server shows up via Bonjour, but selecting that server and entering the User and Password (on local WiFi network) on the Indigo Touch results in this entry in the server's log:

Web Server Warning access denied for request /serverrequest from 192.168.1.33 (user reflector_name_redacted)

Our other clients running Indigo Touch are able to connect (an iPhone 11 with iOS 17.5.1 and an iPad with iPadOS 17.5.1 ) .

Stumped as to what I should try next.

Are you sure you are entering the username/password from the Start Local Server dialog? Indigo Touch doesn't use your Indigo Account information.

It's the same password that we've been using all along for Indigo Touch. Can you think of anything else that we can try?

Is there a limit to the number of clients that can access the server?

No limit. Can you open your reflector URL in a web browser and log in that way?

Traveling for a few days--will try that when return. Thank you for the option to try!
