Help with Python based Plug-In ($$$)

Hello from South Africa :D
There is a hardware manufacturer here in South Africa that makes home automation products - lighting controllers etc.
Their website is http://www.qwikswitch.co.za
They have only made software for Android (whatever that is...)
They have an information page which shows how their API works http://www.qwikswitch.co.za/dl/qsusb_api.pdf
I would like to find somebody who might be able to write a Python based plug-in so that I can use this product with Indigo.

Will obviously pay for the assistance.

Many thanks for you help,
Kind regards
Gareth

I'm pretty sure you could use the Cynical Network plugin to communicate with the QSUSB server.

It is designed to make network calls to various web servers.

Have a look and see what you think.

Hmmm, possibly not - I thought I remembered seeing REST in the docs for it.
