v4.03 is released!!!
Version 4 is all about simplifying the security script in someway, to help streamline the scripting... And to store more of the information necessary inside Indigo, instead of a Applescript that you have to modify everytime you need to make a change.
For example, I am starting to move some of the data into variables inside of Indigo. Why? Well, this allows you to use any of the indigo software packages, to change that on the fly, without having to restart the Indigo server, or reload the attachment scripts.
Also, I am in the process of transistioning to Action Groups instead of Alarm matrix... I do not believe that Action groups will completely replace the Alarm matrix, but simplifying the Alarm matrix is the #1 issue that people mention with the script.
I don't expect any revolutionary changes in the security script until the 5.0 plug-in model is available.
