Why there is no way to use PATCH HTTP method? :) We're forced to pass extra amount of unchanged data in this case. :( Are you planning to implement it?

I expect that the answer would be "when CherryPy supports it". Indigo uses CherryPy for it's HTTP server. http://www.cherrypy.org

Our RESTful API is already very light - not much is required to control/set various device characteristics, so implementing PATCH support doesn't make any sense. Particularly given the competing priorities that add significantly more value for our customers.
