Dynamic <List> values in Device <ConfigUI>?

Is it possible to dynamically generate a list of menu items & values in a Device config UI? I've seen how device states can be dynamically modified via getDeviceStateList but haven't had any luck finding if modifying fields in the config UI is possible. The plugin I'm working on takes a global station ID that I'm having set in the PluginConfig dialog. That station ID is then queried and can return a list of device names & unique id's. When a new device is created in my plugin I want to be able to provide a list of those device names to choose from.
