Linking to the Plugin Store page for a plugin

Right now, the URL for the plugin store page for a plugin is https://www.indigodomo.com/pluginstore/12345/, where 12345 is just some unique number you assign. Is this number and the underlying URL long-term stable?

I want to link to the plugin store download (aka "Releases") page for my plugins from my own web pages (and then shut down my own download area... no point in duplicating effort here). But I'd like to do it in a way that you're actually happy with.

Bonus question: Is there any (supported...) way to directly switch to the Releases tab and open up the current (latest) version so the download button is visible?
