Anyone working on a plugin for Amazon Dash Button?

For those unaware, Amazon is now shipping the Dash button. It is a battery operated self-contained WiFi button that links to Amazon servers to re-order common items such as laundry detergent.

The cool thing is that it costs only $5 and works on WiFi, not Bluetooth.

Hackers have already analyzed it and determined that if you simply don't configure it to buy anything at Amazon (by not finishing the full setup procedure), you can re-purpose it to do anything because it has a Mac address and wakes-up when you press the button and ARPs to get it's address. So just seeing it is alive is enough to register a "button press".

One person has already written some python code to use it:

It would be great if someone with the skill could implement this as an Indigo plug-in.

Basically, the Amazon Dash is a $5 button that could replace the $50 Insteon Mini Remote 1-scene switch, or equivalent home automation buttons or keypads.
