Sprinkler plugin

Hello,

I'm working on a sprinkler plugin. The device defined is an Indigo native sprinkler device.
How to define the zoneCount, zoneNames and zoneMaxDurations properties depending on values given in the device configuration ? And where is the best place to do this ? In deviceStartComm ?

Hi Julien,

The IndigoServer and plugin API needs a bit more work to support plugin subclassed sprinkler devices. I'm looking into those changes now though, so if you are interested in trying them out relatively soon then send me an email (indigo-support AT perceptiveautomation.com).

The Indigo API and object model has been updated to support plugin sprinkler devices. We've also updated the Indigo SDK with an example sprinkler device plugin.
