Change schedule execution time?

Is it possible to change the time of day that a schedule will run? I'm trying to cobble together a (very basic) replacement for the abandoned EPS - Alarm Clock plugin, which is the last thing I need to fix before I can upgrade to 2023.1. For my purposes, I can create a schedule that is set to run every day at my alarm time. But it would be nice to retain the ability to adjust that time via a control page rather than having to manually change the schedule in the Indigo client app.

Not that I know of. You could piece together that functionality by storing the execution time in a variable and use that as a conditional for a schedule to fire.
