Question on restarting a plugin

The Sense power monitoring plugin has started throwing errors (and it stops working) - a restart fixes the problem but it will only run a day or two before it happens again.

I would like to restart the plugin with a script and found the example below in the indigo documentation - but as I’m a non-programmer (HW type) - I have questions.

Is this example still valid for python 3 and the second question is…

I don’t understand how to write the first two lines for the Sense plugin

Thanks in advance for any help…..

Re: Question on restarting a plugin

Actually, you don't need an action group for that, as there's an Indigo Server action for it. See screen shot.

You still need the plugin ID. Go to the plugin store page for that plugin. The PluginID is listed in the info block.
