Free Python Books

If anyone is interested, O'Reilly has some free programming books right now, including several on Python. A couple likely aren't all that relevant to Indigo Plugins (unless someone has enough SQL Logger info to warrant Hadoop LOL) but a couple might be decent. They also have a few other random books in the list as well.

You do that too, huh? Always seems to be something more exciting to do than read free technical books...

In my defence I have now learned a bit of python, enough to have cobbled together 3 vaguely working but very limited/unstable plugins. It's just a matter of finding time to do it and learn stuff.. particularly when I've blown enough on the CC lately I've had to do overtime at work. And I NEVER do overtime

Extra charges on the CC, overtime?? Are you bribing Jay for an early copy of i7??????

No I tried that. Blackmail too.. but for some reason the man just won't bend. Then again he is just such an awesome, handsome man. (Flattery will work, right?)

It IS odd to find that combination of striking man-beauty and uncanny intelligence wrapped in such a humble package! (I want in on a flattery copy of i7 too).
