Accepting Python incoming question

This may very well be in the wrong forum, so sorry in advance. Not sure what Python is, but........
When starting Indigo a pop-up window asks about allowing access. In my firewall settings it is listed there, but the question always pops up.
My question is, should my mini do a restart and this pop-up, pops-up does it in anyway causes Indigo not to load and perform as if I clicked accept.
I don't want this to stop Indigo or my remote access when away or out of town.
