Are you sure? We were able to reproduce, we fixed the bug, and multiple users who had the same issue have confirmed that it's fixed.
Please ensure that you are actually starting up 2023.1.1, and carefully look at your logs to see that the server is actually restarting when the client starts.

Make sure you have 2023.1.1 client and server versions. Look in the About Indigo menu item.
