Anyone know if it is possible to change the default icons in the Indigo main user interface?

What I want to do is show a Red icon when a control is On and a Green icon when a control is Off instead of Green when On and Gray when Off.

Nope, those are built-in to the Mac client and there isn't any option to change them.
