I have since figured out the you have to go to Devices in Simple Control, find the Indigo Server device and then View The Manifest. Once there update the Manifest. Once done all missing devices are removed. New devices are added to the Manifest. Problem over. You will have to repeat this process each type you delete an Indigo device or change it’s Indigo name.
