Reflector Problem

I'm trying to activate my prism reflector, however I cannot seem to do so. I followed these steps:

1. Choose the Indigo→Start Local Server… menu item.
2. Turn on the Require authentication checkbox and enter a User name and good Password. You will *definitely* want password authentication on since you are about to enable access to the Indigo web server from the Internet.
3. Turn on the Enable anywhere secure access checkbox.
4. Press the Activate Reflector button.

It brings me to the indigo site, I log-in with my account, but I don't see a create reflector link. I see my Up-to-Date subscription details show an active reflector that expires June 14, 2018. What am I missing?

Re: Reflector Problem

On the main left nav box area, do you have the "Reflectors" option selected (it is under "Change Password")? If so, what does that screen look like?

Also try logging out of your Indigo Account, then restart the browser and and log back in.

Re: Reflector Problem

Reflectors listed under the nav, was able to reset it from there.

Thanks!

PS Anyway to rename it?
