First, it looks like you have a lot of INSTEON traffic. Disable the schedule which looks like it is polling the status of an EZIO module first. Does that help?
Next, try plugging the SynchroLinc into a power strip on the same outlet as the PowerLinc. Does that help? Retrieving the information from the SyncroLinc requires INSTEON extended commands, which are much more susceptible to power line noise/interference, as well as INSTEON collisions.
