Reflector not working

When accessing the reflector from iOS, I get an error.
Indigo logs says could not connect to Indigodomo.com but internet is working
When accessing the account on indigodomo.com I get 403.

How can I solve?

Email us screen shots of what you are seeing (support AT indigodomo.com), and copy/paste the contents of the Event Log window into an email (after the Indigo Server has been restarted). Lastly, try to access IndigoDomo.com from the same Mac you have Indigo Server on; does it work?
