Just set up the Reflector. Works great so far.

Right now I have the following Checked.

"Override Web Server (HTTP) port number 8176"

What exactly is it for, and do I need it checked?

That just allows you to customize the TCP port on which Indigo's Web server listens for incoming connections. The default is 8176, but if someone had a conflict with that port or wanted to change it for any other reason they can.
